Bahamas Supreme Court says Sam Bankman-Fried can seek additional DOJ charges

“Claimant is granted leave to initiate proceedings for judicial review,” Bahamas Supreme Court Justice Lauren Klein said Tuesday. Klein’s comments support Bankman-Fried’s bid to counter the position adopted by the Bahamas’ minister and attorney general. “All grounds advanced by the claimants disclose controversial claims with no realistic prospect of success.”
