About Adipurush
Om Raut’s magnum opus Adipurush stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh in lead roles. Adipurush is based on the Hindu epic Ramayana and features Prabhas as Lord Rama, Kriti Sanon as Sita and Sunny Singh as Lakshmana. Saif Ali Khan is seen playing the role of Ravana in the film.
The film is produced by T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair of Retrofiles.
Adipurush was released in Telugu and Hindi along with dubbed versions in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and several other Indian and international languages. It is reportedly one of the costliest Indian films ever made. The film is in headlines since its release yesterday. Viewers have claimed that Adipurush is nothing like Ramayana and have demanded shoddy dialogues and bad VFX. In fact, a movie goer in Hyderabad was thrashed by Prabhas fans when he gave a negative review about the film. And a lot is happening around the Lord Hanuman seat reserved in cinema halls during the screening.
