Nubia’s gaming smartphone sub-brand has officially announced Red Magic 8S Pro first date. The product launch conference, which will take place on July 5, will unveil a number of cutting-edge innovations designed to transform the gaming experience.
The basic design of the Red Magic 8S Pro has been revealed, featuring the world’s first 24GB mobile phone memory. This revolutionary development puts Red Magic ahead of competitors like OnePlus and Realme, who are also expected to launch phones with 24GB RAM soon.
The Red Magic 8S Pro is also equipped with a “second-generation Snapdragon 8 flagship edition” processor, which has a core frequency of 3.36GHz. This high-frequency variant offers excellent performance, as demonstrated by the excellent benchmark score of over 1.7 million on the V10 version of AnTuTu, which even beats the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

The Red Magic 8S Pro will come with two independent IC Touch shoulder buttons to enhance the gaming experience. These shoulder buttons provide gamers with a smooth and engaging gaming experience with adjustable settings. The system will also feature multiple high-performance settings and active cooling fans to ensure peak performance even during long gaming sessions.

The Red Magic 8S Pro will flaunt the next generation of under-screen camera technology. The device produces vivid images with a resolution of 2480 x 1116 and a maximum brightness of 1300 nits. It includes PWM high-frequency dimming and DC dimming technology, supports P3 and sRGB color gamuts, has 10-bit color depth and offers consumers an enthralling visual experience.
What about gaming tablets?
During the launch event, Red Magic will also unveil a gaming tablet apart from the flagship smartphone. The gaming tablet will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ processor paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It will feature a 2.8K 144Hz screen to ensure immersive and fluid gameplay, and a massive 12,000mAh battery to support long gaming sessions.
