Now, the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, has come forward with fresh revelations in the case, adding yet another layer of complexity to the ongoing investigation. In an interview with Republic, Fadnavis said, “First of all, the information available was based on rumours. However, some individuals claimed that they have sufficient evidence regarding the matter. In response, we reached out to them and requested To submit the evidence to the police.”
He further added that the investigation is still under process and added, “At present, we are in the process of examining the credibility of the evidence presented. The investigation is still on, and it is too early for me to comment on it.” That would be the final outcome of the matter at this stage.”
