Sabre56 will oversee the data center’s logistics, equipment sourcing and procurement, design planning and overall cost management.

Joshua Payne, CEO of Arcane Energy, shared his excitement at securing its first data center in the United States and expressed confidence in its consulting partner, Sabre56. “Hannibal, Ohio, will be the first of many acquisitions as Arcane Energy builds out its US footprint,” Payne said.
The collaboration builds on the two companies’ successful history of project collaboration, including Sabre56’s participation in the purchase of a Norwegian facility later purchased by Arkon Energy.
The deal comes at a time of growing optimism in the crypto environment, with asset managers such as BlackRock aggressively seeking market share. In May, Sabre56’s newly built facility in Wyoming attracted GEM Mining, which reserved space for 4,510 miners, highlighting the company’s reputation for cutting-edge hosting sites.
