Neetu Kapoor bought a new apartment
According to Hindustan Times report, Neetu Kapoor has recently bought a new property in Bandra Kurla Complex, a business area of Mumbai. The flat is said to be a luxurious 4 BHK apartment and is priced at Rs 17.4 crore. Reports state that the actress who made a comeback to the silver screen with Jug Jug Jeeyo last year, has bought her flat on the 17th.th 19th floor of Sunteck Realty ultra-luxury project Signia Isle. As per the registration documents, the actress paid stamp duty of Rs 1.04 crore and the property was registered on May 10. Spread over 3,387 sq ft, the apartment houses three car parking areas.
Alia Bhatt bought 2 flats in Mumbai
About a month back Alia Bhatt had invested in property and bought multiple houses in Bandra. The first flat is spread over 2,497 sq ft and reportedly, Alia paid Rs 37.80 crore for the apartment, which has been bought by her production house in Bandra West. According to a news portal, this new address belongs to Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited located in Pali Hill. He also reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore and the sale agreement is registered for April 10, 2023. Apart from this, Alia is also said to have gifted two apartments worth Rs 7.68 crore to her sister Shaheen Bhatt. These flats are located at Gigi Apartments, Juhu, Juhu.
