Patrick Valuzzo Steps Down as Chairman Director and CEO of GoTo

Andre Soelistyo has resigned as the President Director of Indonesian superapp and e-commerce platform provider GoTo. The move was approved by the shareholders during GoTo’s Annual General Meeting this year.

Soelistyo, moving into the role of Commissioner, will replace Patrick Valuzzo as the new Chairman, Director and CEO of GoTo.

GoTo Commissioner André Soelistyo said,

“Under Patrick’s leadership as well as the guidance of our Presidential Commissioner, Agus DW Martovardjo, I am confident that GoTo is in the strongest position to drive growth and add value to the lives of its users. Along with the other members of the Board of Commissioners, I look forward to continuing to provide oversight and direction to GoTo’s management team.
