New Delhi: Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said on Wednesday that bulldozers in MP run according to the law and not according to the demand of the Congress. Mishra was reacting to a demand for bulldozer action against urination case accused Pravesh Shukla, who was arrested today for urinating on a tribal man. The incident took place in Kubari village of the district and the viral video shows the accused urinating on the face of an allegedly drunk man. The Congress has been aggressively targeting the BJP over the accused’s alleged links with the ruling party.
“The accused (Pravesh Shukla) was arrested last night. He is in lock-up and strict action has been taken against him. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that NSA will be filed against him. Bulldozers don’t work according to Congress.” It works as per the law,” news agency ANI quoted Narottam Mishra as saying.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said on Tuesday that he has ordered the harshest punishment for the accused in the incident. CM Chouhan said that the state government will not let him go and his punishment will be a lesson for all.

Sidhi’s Additional Superintendent of Police Anjulata Patle said that the accused is being interrogated and legal action will be taken soon. “We have taken the accused (Pravesh Shukla) into custody.
