“Definitely, getting information, getting experience, learning from them, little, little other things, it’s absolutely incredible,” Jaiswal said at the end of the day’s play on Thursday.

Asked if his hunger to score runs across formats is because he has worked really hard to achieve everything, the 21-year-old said, “Yeah. I always have this desire that if I am going to bat then always try to give my best for the team and how I can contribute my best. The mindset in every match is to do well, set a platform for the team.”
Jaiswal said he was disappointed to miss out on his second successive Test hundred after a 171-run effort in the previous game, where he was adjudged ‘Player of the Match’. “Of course, I’m disappointed. But this happens in cricket. I just have to keep learning and keep thinking about how I can make sure I do that next time I come in.
“Whenever I bat, I try to make sure how long I can bat. But when we get out there is always disappointment but it is okay. This is cricket, we have to keep learning what we can do next time. It’s always good to go out there and enjoy the pressure, enjoy the conditions, enjoy the wicket and the atmosphere. “It’s wonderful to be out there and express that,” he said.
