The project is one of the most awaited film starring actor Prabhas. Recently, it achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first Indian film to debut at the San Diego Comic-Con. The audience finally got the first glimpse of the film during the event. Adding to the excitement, the science fiction fantasy film has been officially titled as Kalki 2898 AD. In a video released by Vyjayanthi Movies, filmmaker Nag Ashwin can be seen walking casually in the beginning. Suddenly, his own soldiers wearing face masks appear and invade his personal space. The director can then be seen peacefully surrendering to the masked men as they hold weapons in their hands. Teaser of Kalki 2898 AD released
The upcoming sci-fi film, Kalki 2898 AD is being promoted extensively as the makers are leaving no stone unturned to raise the expectations ahead of its release in 2024. The first teaser of the film gives a glimpse of the futuristic setting. Where mighty forces challenge an evil regime that has caused suffering to humans. The teaser also shows glimpses of Deepika Padukone, Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan. While Deepika is seen playing the character of a soldier, Prabhas’ warrior avatar has grabbed everyone’s attention. Looks like the actor is fighting a fierce battle against the hateful regime.
The film will feature actors like Disha Patani, Kamal Haasan and Pashupati in lead roles. Going by the powerful trailer and the presence of so many stars in the film, Kalki 2898 AD can turn out to be a big earner at the box office.
