Actress Preity Zinta, who is very active on social media, is currently in India. She has recently returned with her husband Gene Goodenough and their children Jay and Gia. Earlier today, the actress shared pictures of her meeting with the Dalai Lama on Instagram. Preeti and Jean meet the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala. The actress also penned a note and said that she felt grateful that she got to spend some time with him.

Meanwhile, Preeti and Jean recently visited Hateshwari Mata Temple in Shimla. They took their children along to seek blessings. The actress shared the video on Instagram and penned an emotional note. Her post read, “When I was a small child I would often visit Hateshwari Mata Temple in Hatkoti, Shimla – Himachal Pradesh. This temple has played a huge role in my childhood and I always felt very connected to it. Now that I’m a mom it’s only natural that the first temple my kids visited was this incredible and ancient temple. Here’s a glimpse of our trip. I’m sure Jai and Jiya won’t miss this visit so We will have to come back again because Maa’s calling again Jai Maa Durga – Jai Mahishasurmardini. If any of you get a chance to visit don’t miss it.
