Abhishek Bachchan is undoubtedly one of the most talented actors in the film industry. In an exclusive interview with ETimes, Abhishek also reacted to being called the “Batman of Bollywood” by his close friend, filmmaker Apoorva Lakhia.

When told that Apoorva Lakhia, with whom Abhishek had worked in the film Mumbai Se Aaya Mera Dost, called him the “Batman of Bollywood”, the actor was embarrassed and said that the director was like his family and his elder brother. .
“He is family to me. From the time we first met, when he came for Aaya Mera Dost from Mumbai till now, he has instantly become our family. He has been a part of my life for more than 20 years. He is my close associate, he is like my elder brother. He is a part of every important occasion in my life – be it my marriage or the birth of my daughter or any milestone. They are also considered family at home. So, I think his feelings towards me must have forced him to say so,” the actor said.
Apoorva Lakhia, during a conversation with Siddharth Kanan, called Abhishek “Batman”, drawing comparisons with the iconic DC character, Bruce Wayne.
