The much awaited film Adipurush starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan was released on 16th June. The film is directed by Om Raut and written by Manoj Muntashir. After the film hit the theatres, it has been making news for all the wrong reasons. The audience is very disappointed with the makers for making a bad film. He has been criticizing the makers for poor VFX and dialogues. People across the country are angry and they are opposing the film. Amid massive protests, writer Manoj Muntashir, who claimed threats to his life, has received protection from the Mumbai Police.

Social media is flooded with negative comments against Adipurush. Netizens are criticizing Manoj for writing dialogues like ‘bua ka bagicha hai kya’ and ‘jalegi tere baap ki’. In the post being trolled on social media, the author has asked for security citing a threat to his life. According to PTI, he has been provided security. A police officer said, “We have received an application from Manoj Shukla and we are considering providing him security since there is a threat to his life.” Police is currently investigating the matter.

Meanwhile, Manoj on Sunday shared a long note on Twitter and revealed that the makers of Adipurush have decided to ‘revise some dialogues’ that hurt sentiments. Part of his note read, “I might have written something different than you imagined for three minutes in a three-hour film, but I couldn’t figure out why you were in such a hurry to write eternal traitor on my forehead.” ” Haven’t you heard Jai Shree Ram song, haven’t you heard Shivoham or Ram Siya Ram? This praise of Sanatan in Adipurush is also written by me. I have written your soil and my country too. I don’t have any complaint with you. You were, are and will be mine. If we stand against each other, Sanatan will lose. We have created Adipurush for Sanatan Seva, which you are seeing in large numbers and I am sure you will see in future also.
He further said, “Why this post? Because nothing is more important than your feeling for me. I can give umpteen arguments in favor of my dialogues, but it will not reduce your pain. Me and the producer-director of the film have decided There are some dialogues that are hurting you, we will revise them, and they will be added to the film this week.”
