In his remarkable 500th international appearance, Virat Kohli was the epitome of calm and class as he scored his 76th international Test century. He was the main reason behind India’s 438 against the West Indies on the second day of the second Test. Kohli scored a crucial 121 off 206 balls, his 29th century in Test cricket, a feat which put him on a par with the great Sir Donald Bradman. Kohli was involved in a 159-run partnership for the fifth wicket with Ravindra Jadeja, who scored 61 off 152 balls to bring up his 19th Test fifty.
After Virat Kohli’s century, his wife, actress Anushka Sharma shared a special message on her Instagram Stories. His post featured Virat Kohli taking off his helmet while celebrating his century. It was accompanied by a heart emoticon.
