The female trio of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, who are set to go further, further and faster, will save the world together in the upcoming film The Marvels. Fans around the world are anxiously waiting to see where this unprecedented team-up will take the story of the MCU. Despite various theories about this exciting team-up, there has also been a lot of speculation about Carol Danvers (aka Captain Marvel) and her absence in the MCU since Avengers. It’s time someone paid attention to this topic!
One of the most anticipated questions was finally answered by Brie Larson herself, who said, “The way I was able to figure it out and understand it was this concept that Carol had become kind of a workaholic, and she had lost touch with her heart and her relationship.” Family and friends,” Larson shared about his MCU whereabouts in an interview. “It’s definitely something I can relate to.” Since Endgame, Marvel Studios has released ten other films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, in all of which Captain Marvel was largely absent, much to the dismay of fans.
The most recent MCU TV series, Secret Invasion, could potentially feature a reference to Captain Marvel in its final two episodes, or possibly even a post-credits scene setting up The Marvels. Disclosing an interesting tidbit on this, Secret Invasion star Samuel L. Jackson admitted, “He’s calling her, and she’s in galaxies far, far away.” He adds, “She said, ‘Rosh, why are you calling me? I told you not to use this (number).’ He says, ‘You gave it to me, so I’ll use it. And I’m calling you because I need your help!'”

Marvel features an incredible cast including Brie Larson, Teyonna Paris, Imaan Vellani, Samuel L. Jackson, Zawe Ashton and Park Seo-joon in pivotal roles. Directed by Nia DaCosta and produced by Kevin Feige, this upcoming film follows Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel and Monica Rambeau on a cosmic mission to save the world.
The Marvels is scheduled to hit the theaters this Diwali on November 10 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
