A large number of Indian community gathered at the Ritz Carlton Hotel to warmly welcome PM Modi.
The Indian diaspora displayed their enthusiasm by unfurling the national flag and the presence of many children enlivened the atmosphere.
In addition, the attendees sang Indian songs and gave cultural performances as part of the welcome ceremony, which aimed to express their happiness and honor PM Modi’s visit.
During his visit, the Prime Minister has a busy schedule of interactions with both Indian diaspora leaders and members. One of the major events included a roundtable meeting with the Prime Minister of Egypt, Mustafa Madbouly.
Additionally, PM Modi is scheduled to meet Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi to strengthen diplomatic ties between the two countries.
