New Delhi: Sana Khan gave birth to her first child on July 5, 2023 in Surat. The actress, who quit showbiz sometime back, got married to Anas Sayyed in a private ceremony. They shared the news of both their wedding and the baby’s arrival with fans on social media. Recently they revealed the name of their newborn baby.

In an interview to Times of India, Sana revealed the name of her baby boy. “It is said that the name has a great effect on a person. Hence, we wanted a name that signifies purity, gentleness, care and honesty. Jameel means beauty, and Tariq means pleasant.

Recently indulging in motherhood, the former actress said, “It is one of the best feelings in the world and indescribable at the same time. Bringing a new life into the world is unimaginable. I still can’t believe he’s my baby; It seems that I have come to visit someone else’s child (smiles). It is a lifetime responsibility, and you are responsible for everything good or bad that happens in the child’s life. A woman goes through many changes during this phase. You feel helpless when your baby cries; They are so small that you don’t know how to hold them. So, at the moment, my mother-in-law is changing her diapers.

When asked about how her husband Anas is worried about becoming a father, she said, “I feel like I don’t even know him. That is very different. He gets so emotional on seeing the child that sometimes tears come in his eyes. I often see her crying. I even once asked him why he was crying because I was the cry baby in the relationship and the baby was my partner in crime.

In a shocker to the entire showbiz, Sana Khan quit the industry in October 2020 and got married to Surat-based businessman Maulana Anas Sayyed.
