As per reports, the Titan submersible, which was operated by Oceangate Expeditions, broke up in the Atlantic Ocean. The campaign to find the wreckage of the sunken Titanic ship began on June 18, 2023. However, two hours after the start of the tour, contact with the submarine was lost. The US Coast Guard confirmed that there were no survivors of the explosion in the depths of the North Atlantic.
Meanwhile, Netflix released the trailer for the documentary The Deepest Breath on Twitter. The documentary is about Alessia Zecchini, the world-record holder in freediving. However, this didn’t go down well with the internet community. Netizens criticized his move of releasing the trailer at the wrong time. One Twitter user said, “I’m not sure this is the best show to advertise during the Titanic submersion.” Another man sarcastically remarked, “You’re having a great time; I’ll give you that.” “Probably not the best timed tweet you’ve ever done,” said one person. One comment read, “Read the room, girls!” At the end, one person commented, Wow, great timing.” Watch the documentary here:

Meanwhile, according to reports, the search team has found some parts of the submersible. These pieces were at a distance of 1600 feet from the Titanic ship. The campaign’s operators, OpenGate, released a statement and said that “their hearts go out to these five souls and each member of their family during this sad time.” “These men were true explorers, with a distinct sense of adventure and a deep passion for exploring and protecting the world’s oceans,” the statement further said.
