In a 48-second video, a man can be seen being held on a leash, forced to pose like a dog, and forced to apologise. Vijay Ramchandani, who filed the First Information Report (FIR), also accused Muslim youths of pressurizing them to eat beef. According to Ramchandani, he recognized Faizan, Sahil and Sameer, who allegedly blocked his way, assaulted him and searched his pockets. Ramchandani further claimed that while Sameer was standing at a distance, urging his friends to kill him, three more persons named Bilal, Mufid and Sahil Bachha arrived in a car and allegedly started assaulting him. According to the FIR, they threatened her at knifepoint, took her to another place on a motorcycle, and took away the keys of her scooter, as well as her two phones.
The victim reported that two of the assailants tied a belt around her neck, kicked her and verbally abused her mother and sister. He demanded money at knife point and out of fear the victim handed over Rs 700-800 and his two phones. Vijay alleges that the accused also called his brother and mother while threatening them.
