New Delhi: ‘The Kerala Story’ director Sudipto Sen has been roped in to helm the biopic on the life of business tycoon and Sahara India family founder Subrata Roy.
Sandeep Singh will produce this film named ‘Saharashri’. On Saturday, the makers of the film shared the first motion poster of their film.
On Instagram, producer Sandeep Singh shared the motion poster and penned a long note that read, “The journey of Saharashri Subrata Roy’s unusual puzzle begins. A fascinating ride through the troughs and peaks of his journey called Life.” goes. Witness the narrative that shaped his life. Keep your eyes peeled as this story of resilience and triumph reveals what is untold, unheard and untold.

The official announcement regarding the star cast of ‘Saharashri’ is still awaited.

But finally my dream has come true as ‘Saharashree’ is going to start soon.
Sen’s ‘The Kerala Story’ created a controversy and opened to a huge response from fans at the theatres. Starring Adah Sharma in the lead, the film grossed over Rs 200 crore at the box office.

His next production is Main Atal Hoon, a biopic on the life of former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna recipient Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
