The survey results showed that only 26 percent of Meta employees expressed confidence in Zuckerberg’s leadership abilities. This figure represents a decline of 5 per cent from the previous survey conducted in October 2022. It’s important to note that the latest survey was conducted before Meta’s round of layoffs took place in May of this year.
Additionally, the report noted that 43 percent of employees said they felt ‘valued’ within the company. These findings provide insight into META employees’ feelings and perceptions about leadership and their overall sense of belonging within the organization.
