At the end of the year Selena is going to do what she always does – get up and move on.”

Even those who haven’t seen the controversial series can spot obvious similarities between Lily-Rose Depp’s character Jocelyn and Selena Gomez on The Idol.
The most striking similarity between Jocelyn and Gomez is that they started their careers as child actors. The Wolves singer dated The Weeknd in real life, while Jocelyn fell in love with Tedros (Abel’s onscreen character) on The Idol.
