New Delhi: ‘The Night Manager’ has managed to enthrall the audience and left them wanting for more. The palatial, thrilling drama proved that audiences always approve of an entertaining drama. Very few producers are successful in striking a chord with the audience. Sandeep Modi is one of them. Riding high on the success of the much-loved show ‘The Night Manager’, Sandeep is currently gearing up for the launch of the second part of the series, which is an adaptation of the BBC show of the same name.
Sandeep Modi is one of the rising directors of the Indian entertainment industry who is garnering accolades for delivering two of the biggest OTT shows without any connections in the industry. His entertaining direction is credited with the massive success of Sushmita Sen-starrer ‘Aarya’ and now ‘The Night Manager’. The producer and director of the show Sandeep has been able to win the hearts of the audience with the first part of the high-octane drama.
As the release date of the second part has been announced recently, Sandeep has shared his happiness for the same. He added, “The response to the first part was phenomenal. We are excited to bring the second part to the audiences. Wherever we go, we are asked, ‘When is the second part coming?’ It is almost like ‘Why did Kattapa kill Baahubali?’ As it is. Such appreciation is heartwarming. This is the first time in India that a show has been divided like this and yet it has received so much love. It has been a roller coaster ride for me !”
‘The Night Manager’ is the Hindi adaptation of the British show ‘The Night Manager’, which in turn was a screen adaptation of John Le Carré’s novel. The grand drama stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor, Sobhita Dhulipala and Tilottama Shome in lead roles.
The first part of the show features in an impressive list of most watched Indian series along with ‘Mirzapur’, ‘Family Man’, ‘Scam 1992’, ‘Fargie’ and is also recognized as the most watched show on Disney+ goes.
