New Delhi: A different avatar of the actor will be seen in Sonam Kapoor’s comeback film ‘Blind’.
In the film, Sonam plays the role of a visually impaired police officer who is on a mission to track down a serial killer. Directed by Shome Makhija, ‘Blind’ is the Hindi remake of the 2011 Korean crime thriller of the same name, directed by Ahn Sang-hoon. It also stars Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, Lillete Dubey and Shubham Saraf.
Talking about the hard work and preparation that Sonam put in for the film, Shome Makhija said, “To get the nuances of a visually impaired person right, Sonam and I consulted two visually impaired trainers – James Goldsworthy and Nadia Turnbull Did, who train people.” How to acclimatize yourself to being visually impaired.
