Not everyone would know but Chiranjeevi has a special talent for cooking. He often dons the chef’s hat and cooks fish fry, dosa and what not, for his loved ones. Last year, when his entire huge family gathered for the Bhogi festival, he joined the dosa counter and made a special egg dosa for his dear son Ram Charan.

Let’s go back in time and remember when Chiranjeevi made a special egg dosa for Ram Charan and teased him as a kid. He said that since Charan is my child, I am going to make a baby dosa for myself. And as the megastar cooked the dosa perfectly on the tawa, the RRR actor waited patiently. Charan smiled and thanked him when his father served him dosa.

Egg Dosa Recipe

firstly, get your dosa batter. You can either make it at home with a mixture of rice, fenugreek seeds, urad dal, baking soda and salt or buy the batter from the market.

Next, heat a non-stick pan, take a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular motion. Take an egg, break it on the dosa and spread it evenly. Now let it cook for a minute and turn the dosa over. If you want, you can add salt, pepper or chili powder. And tadda, it’s ready, delicious and easy to make dosa is ready. You can enjoy it with chutney, sauce or just eat it.

Meanwhile, there is happiness and warmth in Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi’s house with the arrival of their new baby boy. The RRR actor and his wife welcomed a baby girl on June 20. They named their daughter Cline Cara Konidela. The couple is currently staying at the megastar’s house in Jubilee Hills as they want their daughter to grow up in the affection of grandparents.
