Will Brittney return to the Conservatorship?
Cristina Perez, who is a TV judge and law graduate, has spoken about Britney’s guardianship case. In an interview with The US Sun, he said that it would only be under “exceptional circumstances” that a Los Angeles court could return control of Britney’s life to her parents Jamie and Lynne Spears, husband or friend.
Fans are extremely concerned about the possibility that Britney may lose control of her life for a second time due to mental health concerns. Kristina suggested that the L.A. judges would have to find “real evidence” that proved Britney was incapable of taking care of herself. The only way he could lose his freedom would be if he proved to be a danger to others and to himself.

Will Britney Spears’ parents get custody?
Brittany’s father Jamie, who had previously been her guardian for 13 years, insisted in court papers that guardianship was “necessary”. His contention was that “her life was in shambles, and she was in physical, emotional, mental and financial distress.” Other family members have expressed concern over the star’s mental health. Britney’s son Jayden expressed his concern, saying he hoped she could “get better mentally.”
Christina Perez spoke at the LA Center for Law & Justice’s Celebrating Survivors Gala, where she explained the situation, saying,
She went on to explain that if extraordinary circumstances occurred that left Britney “disabled” in some way, proving she was not making the “right decisions” for herself, it could threaten her independence.
Perez continued, “So well, yeah, then we have to protect her. And the law will protect her. But until we see evidence of this, I think it’s going to be really hard to figure out where this is going.” We need signals that something is wrong.”
TMZ reported in February that Britney was “struggling with her mental health and substance abuse.” While a source told the outlet, “I’m afraid she’s going to die.”
Meanwhile, Britney recently apparently sparked trouble in marriage rumors. She posted a video of her husband Sam Asghari with his friend while she was hanging out with them. The singer also hinted at meeting her sons.
