New Delhi: Veteran actress Neetu Kapoor, who was last seen in the theater film ‘Jugjag Jio’, has become the owner of a plush property located in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex area.
Residential 4 bhk property Sunteck Signia Islands is located on the Seventh floor and has a built-up area of 3,387 sqft. According to Housing.com, the property is priced at Rs 17.4 crore and was registered on May 10, 2023.
Stamp duty of Rs 1.04 crore was paid for the transaction. This is a resale purchase only purchased from Krishna Nohria.
Currently, Neetu Kapoor resides at the Krishna Raj bungalow in Pali Hill, Bandra that she shared with her late husband Rishi Kapoor. According to media reports, last month Neetu’s daughter-in-law Alia Bhatt’s production house Eternal Sunshine Productions had invested in an apartment worth Rs 37.80 crore in Bandra’s Pali Hill.
